Unveils Latest Primary Care Center
at
the De Los Santos – STI MegaClinic
Peace of mind is now made even more accessible with Maxicare’s newest
Primary Care Center (PCC)!
Located right at the heart of Metro Manila, where most families
frequent, the recently opened Maxicare PCC at the De Los Santos – STI (DLS –
STI) MegaClinic, 5th Level, SM Megamall Building A, was a good start
for Maxicare’s 2007, which also happens to be the company’s 20th
year.
The DLS- STI MegaClinic was formally launched last January 26, 2007 and
the event was well attended by guests led by Senator Juan Flavier and Health
Secretary Francisco Duque. Likewise, members of the press and
distinguished personalities from various industries came in full force.
With the ceremonial ribbon cutting led by SM Group’s Ms. Felicidad Sy and
Philippine Economic Zone Authority Chair Atty. Lilia de Lima, everyone was
ushered to today’s largest and most complete urgent care and walk-in health
center.
Maxicare’s presence in the clinic and the event was echoed by the
popularity of cuddly Maxi Bear, who was always willing to strike a pose with
MegaClinic doctors and staff, guests, and children. During the clinic
open house, the Maxicare family warmly welcomed guests at the new PCC, which
serves as a one-stop shop for Maxicare members. In the Maxicare PCC,
real-time membership verification and benefit facilitation will be personally
attended to by a Customer Care Representative. Queuing time is minimized
as well with the Internal Medicine Specialists exclusive for Maxicare members
in the center.
Designed to accommodate multi-specialty, diagnostic, and out-patient
surgical procedures, the DLS – STI MegaClinic is housed in a 2,000-square meter
facility and is home to more than 150 doctors. These physicians include
anesthesiologists, dermatologists, surgeons, and pediatricians. For
patients’ convenience, an exclusive MegaClinic elevator has been installed at
the ground floor of SM Megamall Building A, along Bank Drive (near Megastrip and corner Julia Vargas Street).
The Maxicare PCC at MegaClinic is open Mondays to Sundays from 9:00 AM –
7:00 PM.
